Take everything the client has — a chat export, a mailbox, recordings — and get a case ordered by time, with tags, comments and a document ready to file.
E-mail, WhatsApp and Telegram, recorded calls and meetings, voice notes and screenshots — on one timeline, in the order things were said and written. Every word with its sender and time, every file kept exactly as it was received.
In the browser, nothing to install. Your data stays in Israel. The Free plan costs nothing, no card needed.

Phone calls, meetings, hearings and interviews — into text line by line, with the speaker's name and the time of every sentence. Recordings of an hour and more are usual.
Hundreds of WhatsApp and Telegram voice notes transcribed by themselves — read and search instead of listening one by one. Each with its sender and the time it was sent.
WhatsApp and Telegram chat exports and whole mailboxes: every message by its sender at its time, the attachments kept and linked to their message.
The text of chat screenshots is read — Hebrew, Russian and English — each bubble becomes a message with its sender, and a picture sent twice is pointed out.
The whole case translated into the language needed — by an AI that understands the conversation's context, or by our own model on our own servers. The translation beside the original, doubts marked.
Search by word forms across all sources at once, filter by people, dates and sources; your own tags — "Payment", "Threat", "Promise" — and a comment on any line.
Click a line — the recording plays from that very word. Fix the text, the speaker and the time. Bektav asks only about what it isn't sure of — whose voices these are, say — and marks the unsure places.
A meeting with a client or an important call? Record it right in Bektav: lines and voices show while you record, and everything is saved on the server every few seconds.
Some of it is in a mailbox, some on the client's phone, some in a recording of the meeting, some in a screenshot someone forwarded. To build an argument you need to know who said what and when — and be able to show it.

This is what a case looks like in Bektav: a mail, a message, a call and a screenshot — one after another, as they happened.

Upload a recording of a call, a meeting or a hearing — Bektav tells the voices apart, names them, and hears Hebrew, Russian and English even when they are mixed in one sentence. Long recordings go to powerful servers, and the text shows while it is being transcribed.
Clients bring months of voice notes. Bektav transcribes each one, puts it on the timeline at the time it was sent beside the written messages, and lets you find the right sentence by search — and hear it in one click when the tone matters.
Choose a period, people and tags — and get a report: a Word document, a web page with the recordings inside, or text — with the translation and the source files' fingerprints. For the court: a transcript with numbered lines and the translator's declaration.
Bektav is built so that the case can be relied on — today, and a year from now in court.
Every recording, picture and attachment is kept as uploaded, with its fingerprint (SHA-256): the same fingerprint, the same file.
From, To, Cc, the date and the chain of servers the mail passed through are kept in their order — shown, never translated or changed.
The case's log remembers who did what, when and from where — every upload, correction, tag and export.
An approved case is sealed: nothing in it can change — it is only read and exported. A change made outside the system is detected and flagged.
One click: are all the files there, and are they the ones received. At the end of every export — the list of sources with their fingerprints.
A transcript in Word with numbered lines, a description of the recording and the method, and the translator's declaration — in the translation's language.

Take everything the client has — a chat export, a mailbox, recordings — and get a case ordered by time, with tags, comments and a document ready to file.

An employment, tenancy, business or family dispute: gather months of correspondence in one place and bring your lawyer the full picture — not a thousand screenshots.

HR, compliance and internal inquiries: a full record of what was said and written, with role-based access and a log of who saw and who changed what.
Quotes by e-mail, promises on the phone, complaints on WhatsApp — on one timeline that shows what was agreed and when.
Months and years of chats and voice notes — sorted by people and dates, translated for the court, with the lawyer's comments.
Hearings, reviews, dismissals: exactly what was said and by whom — no "I never said that".
Hours of recorded investigation material and hundreds of messages in several languages — transcribed, translated and searchable instead of listened to in full.
Interviews, e-mail and employees' correspondence — in one case, with a log of who saw and who changed what, and a seal at the end.
Recorded calls with a call centre, photos of the damage and e-mails with the company — in order of time, ready to file.
A WhatsApp or Telegram chat export, mail files, recordings, voice notes and screenshots — drop them into the window. Or record a meeting right in the browser.
Everything takes its place on the timeline by time: recordings transcribed with the speakers' names, the text in pictures read, duplicates found.
Search, tag, comment and translate; seal the case when it's ready — and export a document with the list of its sources.
Your data is kept in Israel, in your organization's own account only, and encrypted in transit. Each user sees only the cases they are a member of, and signing in can require a second code by text message.

Save mails as .eml files (from Outlook, Apple Mail or Thunderbird) or export a whole mailbox as an .mbox file (from Google Takeout, for example) and upload them. Each mail takes its place on the timeline, its attachments are kept, and importing again adds only what's new.
In WhatsApp: Export chat with media — and upload the file. The messages, voice notes, pictures and files come in together, each in its place.
Hebrew is heard by a model trained on Hebrew itself, Russian and English just as surely. Where Bektav isn't sure — who spoke or what was said — it marks the place and asks, and every line can be heard and corrected.
Hebrew, English and Russian — mixed in one conversation, too — and dozens more languages for transcription. The whole case can be translated into the language the court needs.
For AI translation the text alone — not the recordings or pictures — goes to the translation provider, and only after your organization agreed. On the paid plans you can translate with our own model, and everything stays on our servers in Israel.
No. Bektav does the long work — ordering, transcribing, translating and marking the unsure places — so that the expert checks and signs faster. What to file, and how, stays your and your lawyer's decision.
Only those you added to the case, in the role you chose — reader, editor or approver. The log shows who came in and what they did.
As long as you need. A closed case goes to the archive and can be brought back; at your request, an organization that has finished its work is kept archived for the whole period the law requires.
Bektav and tScribe are the same service of the same company under two names: tScribe for transcription and translation, Bektav for cases and evidence. One account works in both.
